FAQ - all you need to know

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY BUS OR COMBITICKET?
We will send your bus or combiticket two days prior to the actual date of departure. For example: Tursday afternoon when the scheduled trip is on Saturday. You will receive your tickets on the e-mail address you have provided us with at the booking.
No e-mail received? Please check your SPAM box first, if not: contact our HELPDESK.

IS MY TRIP ALWAYS GUARANTEED?
More than 98% of our organized trips are guaranteed. In case of circumstances beyond our control, Event Travel is to allocate the bustrip. You can always decide if you want to alter the hop on location (when possible), keep the entrance ticket and cancel just the fare or cancel the whole trip and ask for a refund for the combiticket. When cancelled by Event Travel you do not have any financial risk.

CAN I ORGANIZE MY OWN TRIP?
With Event Travel it is possible to organize your own private bustrip to your favourite event. We provide everything, you just need to arrange enough passengers. WHERE CAN I SEE MY EXACT DEPARTURE TIME?
The departure time as mentioned in your confirmation is approximate. The actual and exact time is listed on the busticket which you will receive 48 hours prior to departure in your e-mail, and on our website.
Alterations in the actual travel time are always possible due to different reasons.


I CAN NOT FIND MY DESIRED POINT OF DEPARTURE? CAN I REQUEST A POINT OF DEPARTURE?
Sure you can change to your desired point of departure. Visit our website, use the "REQUEST PICK-UP LOCATION" and we will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your request. Please call our HELPDESK for further information and advice. We will be happy to help you.
Note that change of location is only possible for six passengers or more, and to arrange a private point of departure (hotel/airport) is only possible for more than 15 passengers.


DO WE ALL TRAVEL ON THE SAME BUS?
If you and your friends placed one booking all together, you are travelling together. If everybody booked private and you have the desire to travel together: please contact our HELPDESK at least 4 days prior the departure at: info@eventtravel.nl. Please state in your e-mail the bookingnumbers of the passengers who desire to travel together. Please note that this ONLY applies for the same pick-up location.

I AM GOING TO BE LATE/I HAVE MISSED THE BUS ALREADY
Do not hesitate and immediately call the HELPDESK. We will contact the driver and see if he can wait a little longer, it depends on the situation. If not so, we can advice you to an alternative way of transport.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD EXTRA PEOPLE TO MY PERSONAL BOOKING?
There is NO possibility to add extra passengers to your personal booking. Additional booking is only possible with a new booking. You can always contact our HELPDESK by sending an e-mail to request the additional booking (numbers) can travel on the same bus.
